Clerkenewell is the centre of the design universe this week and Craft Central is opening its doors so we are too. You can see some of the things we had on display during Made in Clerkenwell, but also we will be doing actual work! So if you would like to see lampworking in action, do drop in. What is Clerkenwell Design Week?
Clerkenwell Design Week (CDW) is an annual international trade festival that showcases the most prestigious global furniture, lighting, materials and home accessories brands. Annually the festival attracts an audience of 35,000 architects, designers, buyers, press, and design enthusiasts.
Exclusive Network Member Opportunity
Craft Central have once again been selected to be a fringe partner for CDW 2017. For this, we will be hosting open studios in our two buildings, 21 Clerkenwell Green and 33-35 St John’s Square, on Tuesday 23rd – Thursday 25th of May, opening 4pm-7pm daily.
CDW is a trade event for architects and designers, and we will be showcasing furniture, lighting, home accessories, ceramics, interior textiles, stationery, fashion accessories and illustrative/graphic led prints.
Good to know
Additions at Clerkenwell Design Week is a show dedicated to small design pieces and interior accessories. The show is moving to its new, street-market style pavilion venue this Spring and it's right on our doorstep at 33-35 St John’s Square making it a hotspot for architects, interior designers, retail buyers and the press.
